This pink concrete, brick clad single storey bijou residence contains 2 bedrooms, master en suite, laundry room, master bathroom, kitchen / dining area and large sitting room. The external space was carefully designed and executed to make use of every last centimetre of available space in a tight, but very private site.
CONSTRUCTION
Ceilings in The Fosters were deliberately set at close to 3m. Once again clever and well thought out detailing of its elevation and internal floor space has created a unique, cozy family home.
Some of the features of the Fosters include, under floor heating, timber sash windows, maximum insulation, large and well located skylights to enhance the feeling of space within the compact site.
